Reiki 101 is a  brief explanation of what Reiki is and how it heals. We will also explore the roots and evolution of Reiki, along with its uses today.  Finally, attendees will experience the energy in one-on-one sharing. First come, first serve - Reiki is a Japanese hands-on healing modality that literally translates Universal Life-force energy. Its many benefits include relief from pain and stress, a sense of peace and well-being, and a stronger sense of love and connection.
